MUSEUM QUALITY LIMITED EDITION PRINTS and GICLEES
All fine art prints are supervised by LuckmanMedia Arts at some of the finest premier printing companies in the NY area, committed to printing museum quality prints using only superior archival papers and canvases. Fractal prints are reproduced using a unique printing process resulting in a highly polished metallic finish to bring out the richness of colors at their highest resolution. All limited edition prints are matted using museum quality white stock, signed and numbered by the artist and ready for framing (standard sizes).
Fractal Giclees are available only in selective images which the artist believes are the most suitable for this medium (see “Fractal Tapestries” in Gallery and or Store for available Giclees). All Giclees are hand varnished with UV protective mediums and shellacked giving each image a unique texture and look of a hand painted piece of art.
CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY
Each limited edition giclee print sold is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity printed by LuckmanMedia.com. Certificate of Authenticity gives a buyer a guarantee of quality standards and adds fine art value. All prints are signed by the artists.
Credit card payments are accepted through our secure, automated online ordering system powered by PayPal. Checks or Money Order payments are also accepted. Checks must be cleared before shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Matted print art is carefully packaged and shipped by UPS in sturdy boxes to prevent bending and or damage. Most Giclees are shipped rolled and unframed, carefully packed in sturdy tubes for shipping. Stretched and/or custom framed prints are professionally packed and shipped as a collectable. Applicable taxes are already included on the cost of each item sold within the United States. Shipping and standard handling charges, (ground or 2 day) is calculated at checkout using the UPS Calculator. Stretched/Framed artwork is subject for additional handling/shipping costs.
Delivery is made within 10 business days of payment clearance, unless otherwise arranged with a buyer.
LuckmanMedia Arts is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Art pieces are carefully inspected & packaged to ensure safe delivery. As a customer, you have the right to return incorrect or flawed merchandise. Any claims must be made within 10 days after delivery. This can be done by emailing us through our Contact page.
For standard products, there is a 10 day return period if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The product being returned must be in its original form and must not be damaged or altered in any way. Custom products (unless damaged) can not be returned. This is because the production of the custom product is based on the choices made by the customer and therefore, confines them to a commitment to the services that they are requesting.
LuckmanMedia Arts is not liable for insignificant distinctions of the product received compared to the product description. Slight variations in size, color, and substrate texture are expected occasionally due to applied technology. Appearance of products can vary when compared to on-screen appearance because of dissimilar graphic cards, browsers, or monitors. Returns are not accepted because of such insignificant distinctions.
LuckmanMedia Arts does not accept cancelled orders. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure the quickest production time possible for our customers. Any orders placed take time and professional work and is done so on your request. Most of our product is custom made specifically for you. Any cancellations and unauthorized returns are subject to restocking fees, labor fees, and shipping charges. We make sure that your personal information is protected at all times and under no circumstances is it sold, rented, traded, or given to any third parties whatsoever. All commercial online transactions of artwork featured on this site will be completed using PayPal, a global leader in online payment solutions which also accepts all major credit cards. PayPal will secure all payments, and provide 100% protection against unauthorized transactions. PayPal also provides Buyers Protection and Buyers Complaint Policy. This means that neither LuckmanMedia Arts nor the artist will ever collect or have access to any sensitive information about you or your credit card account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, please bear in mind that PayPal offers free accounts that are easy to set up and are specifically designed to provide buyers with a simple, efficient and safe way to purchase art online. The entire registration process takes approximately 3 minutes, which may be done at time of checkout. If you choose to receive email announcements regarding new product releases, special sales, gallery exhibitions, lecture/concert dates, additional information may be collected. If you have decided to stop receiving our announcements, you may opt out at any time and have your name and contact information removed from our internal records.
